Research On The Independent Innovation Capacity Of Home Electrical Appliance Enterprises

To a nation, the enterprises play a key role in development, to a nation, science and technology progress and economy development mainly depend on independent innovation. So china has to improve enterprise independent innovation capacity in order to achieve the rapid development of technology and economy. Currently, china has become the world's major manufacturing base of home appliances, but, our home appliance industry is still at the low position in the value chain of home appliance industry and the core technique is held by foreign enterprises. Therefore, in order to keep sustainable development, Chinese home appliance enterprises have to improve independent innovation capacity. Further, it can form a new situation of our country in enterprise independent innovation, and gradually deepen the implementation of national independent innovation strategy.Based on the research foundation of related issue, this paper selects the evaluation of independent innovation capacity of home electrical appliance enterprises as the research object, summarizes the related theories about enterprise independent innovation, and analyzes the status quo of independent innovation capacity of home electrical appliance enterprises. Then, combining related research results, the paper sets up the evaluation index system of independence innovation capacity for home electrical appliance enterprises. By adopting Factor Analysis method and SPSS software, the paper evaluates and contrasts the independent innovation capacity of sample enterprises in home electrical appliance industry. Finally, according to above analytical conclusion, the paper proposes some appropriate countermeasures to promote independent innovation capacity for home electrical appliance enterprises, including enhancing corporate awareness of independent innovation, strengthening the innovation incentive system, cultivating high-quality technological professionals, strengthening the R&D capital investment, enhancing brand marketing capacity, strengthening cooperation between enterprises in innovation, improving independent innovation incentive policies of home electrical appliance enterprises and so on.
