Kounosuke Matsushita,"god of the management"in Japan, said that"the best property of enterprise is human". As Business development of economy and violent competition, more and more enterprises realize that"the human"this essential factor plays an influential role in enterprise management. However, more and more employee turnovers make superintendents of enterprise have a headache. Now the employee turnover becomes a major problem that the enterprise must face. The excessively high employee turnover rate not only brings the massive loss of the enterprise but also affects the development of the enterprise. And this hidden trouble always exists for the enterprises. So, seeking for reasons why the employee leaves job, searching for the solutions to the problem of employee turnover, has a vital practical significance to enterprise's health and sustainable development.Regarding to the research on employee turnover, the related discussions are a lot. But the research for employee turnover was carried out under the circumstance that takes the enterprise a whole previously. Are the factors different which affect the employee turnover in different stages of enterprise life cycle? Should the relevant countermeasures be any focuses? From this point, this article does the research on employee turnover phenomenon in different life periods, especially during the growth period and the mature period, to find the reasons to employee turnover in different periods and propose the corresponding solutions.This article reviewed the employee turnover theory and the enterprise life cycle theory by using the literature summarized method. The analysis for the reasons for employee turnover during different periods was carried out by the methods of logic reasoning, the comparative analysis subsidiary and the qualitative analysis primarily; the integration of practice and theory was realized by the union of the enterprise life cycle theory and employee turnover phenomenon. The article puts forward the relevant management countermeasures, uses some well-known enterprise's advanced experience to provide reference for other enterprises.
