Like an organism,companies have different stages of birth,birth,growth,maturity and decline.To allow enterprises to experience growth and to win the broad space for development,it is necessary to carry out strict control of each stage of the life cycle,to get the power to grow.The enterprise in the growth period has a big problem in the business enterprise: follow the early completion of the style in the management,not accumulated a lot of experience,but the long road ahead,enterprises are facing more problems than before,the scale continues to expand,more and more,the number of employees within the enterprise management,greatly have differentiation is too limited and so on.With the advent of knowledge economy,staff knowledge and skills,experience and other "soft" capital has become the main source of enterprises to grow and gain competitive advantage,play a more and more important role in the development of enterprises.Enterprises in different stages of development,its organization form,work characteristics and the demands of employees are different,so the need to provide different training solutions to help enterprises to support the development of enterprises in human resource management.The insurance industry which is located in the modern service industry is a knowledge type human resource intensive industry,and the high quality professional talents play a decisive role in the development of the insurance business.This paper takes N insurance company as the research object,through questionnaire survey,individual interviews,literature and other research methods,analyzes the characteristics of human resources during the growth period of N insurance company faced and has the characteristic of phase operating difficulties,and systematically analyze the company's current education and training can not form a system,scattered and chaotic situation that is not enough,summed up the existence of education and training of the company's leadership attaches great importance to the training of high quality,the training results is not obvious,mainly and analyse the reasons for the defects in the training management system,two is the lack of systematic curriculum resources,the three is the lack of high level teachers,four linkage is the lack of effective security mechanism.At the same time,around the needs of the development of the company strategy and the ability of employees,put forward "from scratch" in the construction of employee training system for the growth period of N insurance company general idea: with the drawing system of "learning map",realize the transformation of the mode of talent training,the construction of N's classification system of education and training.Through continuous supporting resources,development and construction of the collaborative construction of teachers team formed clear organizational responsibility system construction,system construction,curriculum resources and excellent human resources,in order to overcome the bottleneck of enterprise growth stage,stimulate enterprise development potential advantages of activation of enterprises,in the early mature stage.
