The Study On The Housing Security Issue Of Middle And Low Income College Graduates

That everyone has his own house is a longing goal when China and other countries solving the housing problem. With the increasing improvement of the market economy, the government pays more attention to the establishment and development of housing security system and to the legislative and institutional norms in the form of them. However, as the major force in socialist construction - graduates, their level of income growth is slow, especially in the face of rising house prices, more and more difficult to achieve housing homes, and the size of the group gradually expanded. In 2009, for example, the number of the country reached 6.11 million college graduates, compared with an increase of 520,000 in 2008. Rigid housing demand as an important part of the new graduate students is relatively low incomes, they are inconsistent with the standards of low-income families, are unable to purchase affordable housing, but has not been included within the security system, which precisely reflects China's housing security system limitations。Classifying middle and low income college graduates into the housing security system which is good to attract college graduates in local employment, entrepreneurship, and to retain more talent to help improve competitiveness, essential for building a socialist harmonious society. The main purpose of this paper is on the housing status and problems of low-income college graduates, and lead to analysis of its causes, which helps the government departments making appropriate housing policy proposal. Hoping the government can consider the in the formulation of policies to protect low-income housing problems of graduates. Building low-income housing security system to improve the housing situation of the group, which relates to the social stability and development in building a essential requirement of socialist harmonious society.This paper starts with the connotation of the housing security system, then studies the lack of low-income college students'housing security system by the method of integrating theory with practice. And then it points out the importance to put the group into the housing security system. Under this premise, the paper takes a sample survey of college graduates housing. These college graduates come from several major universities in Taiyuan of Shanxi province such as the Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Shanxi University ,Taiyuan University of Technology. They are concentrated in Taiyuan High-tech Development Zone. By releasing survey questionnaire and processing, analyzing data, this paper dose Further analysis of the housing problem and the reasons. Drawing on the experience of other countries and regions and basing on the specific situation in our country, the government puts forward some practical solutions to solve the housing problems of the middle and low income college graduates.
