Research Of Increasing Numbers Of Staff Who Join Old-age Insurance

To expand the coverage of basic old-age insurance has a great significance for currently old-age insurance mechanism. Expanding the coverage of basic old-age insurance is an important part of building the unified, standardized and improved social security system. Expanding the coverage of basic old-age insurance is an objective requirement of the development of the market economy and building a harmonious society. Expanding the coverage of basic old-age insurance is an important guarantee for the workers to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of social insurance. Expanding the coverage of basic old-age insurance is also a major work on current social security.In China, It is still not perfect on the coverage of basic old-age insurance on workers. Then the issue of the coverage of basic old-age insurance on workers is researched in this paper. The basic theory of the fairness and efficiency theory and the life-cycle theory is used in this paper. The method of theoretical research, practice analysis, statistical analysis and institutional analysis is applied to analysis the existing problem and analyzing factors of the coverage of basic old-age insurance on workers about JinCheng City, a preventative of Chinese medium and small cities. And last, are put forward to propose solutions to those problems, and to improve the existing basic old-age insurance.
