The Research On Automobile Part Supplier Evaluation Based On Entropy And Grey Theory

The global auto giants have set up factories in China joint venture with China's accession to the WTO, which has brought competition and challenges to China's automobile industry. China auto industry steps into the path of globalization. With the increasingly competitive auto market, car companies hope to find the parts suppliers to cooperate with, it is very important to their long-term development. Therefore, how scientific and reasonable to evaluate and select a automobile supplier become a car manufacturer important strategic issue.This thesis establishes an evaluation index system and evaluation model on the basis of previous supplier evaluation studies.This thesis is divided into six parts:The first chapter is literature review part, which research on previous evaluation of suppliers,evaluation methods, and information entropy and gray system theory and describes the structure of this research and thinking.The second Chapter analyze auto parts supplier management theory, which explain the ideological content and structural features of automotive industry supply chain management, furthermore, analyze the relations of auto company and automobile parts suppliers, Last, recommend the proposal on developing relations of auto company and automobile parts suppliers.The third chapter describes principles and steps of the auto parts supplier evaluation index system and builds a set of automobile industry supplier evaluation index system for our auto company on the basis of previous studies and the actual automobile enterprises in our country.The fourth chapter explains the principle of model based on information entropy and Grey theory and elaborates determining the index weight based on entropy and calculating evaluation matrix based on Gray theory.The fifth chapter apply comprehensive evaluation model to the parts company. Introduces the background of the enterprise and the way of gaining corporate data methods; details the evaluation process and analyses application effect.The last chapter summarizes the whole paper, pointing out the deficiencies of this article and the future direction of improvement.
