Under Internet plus and industry 4.0,there are more constantly innovation of modern manufacturing management methods,while the supply chain inventory management has b-een accepted by some regions management,the inventory management of supply chain are being more and more important.Today's world is full of personalized demands and experi-enced demands,diversity and customization products have become all end user's goal,whi-ch caused supply chain inventory management become more and more important In order to have more advantage in market competition for A auto parts company,we must constant-ly improve each segment of the supply chain inventory management,managing and control-ling inventory effectively from supplier material delivery,warehouse storage,working in process products and finished goods shipment,reducing inventory costs,improving custo-mer satisfaction.The traditional inventory management mode let A company lack of gener-al ideas,cooperation and coordination with relative partners,increasing inventory costs,but also hide production management problems.In this article,through analysis of A auto parts company inventory management problems and find out its reasons,coming up with the op-timization proposals and the improved methods of inventory management.In this article,based on the theory of supply chain inventory management,using the concept of lean production and Just-in-Time inventory,deeply analyses A company invent-ory management problems from inventory turnover cycle,demand management,vendor m-anaged inventory and the third party reverse logistics outsourcing,etc.Based on above,thr-ough on-site investigation,and using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to evaluate the suppliers,coming up with inventory optimizing management,reducing inventory costs,and effectively measures and methods of inventory management which under supply chain inv_entory management environment.There are six chapters of this article:The first chapter is introduction,including this article research background,objective and meaning,domestic and oversea inventory management,supply chain inventory manag-ement research status,research approach and research process,research content and innova-tion points.The second chapter for related theory review,including:the concept,content and funct-ion of inventory management,Vendor Inventory Management of supply chain inventory m-anagement,Joint Inventory Management and Just-in-Time inventory and the theory of lean production.The third chapter for A auto parts company inventory management currently situation analysis,including:company basic information,production status,inventory management;A auto parts company inventory management problems and its reasons.The fourth chapter for the analysis of supply chain inventory management system,incl-uding:the evaluation of suppliers,determine the strategic suppliers;supplier management inventory building principle.The fifth chapter for the proposals of the inventory management system for A auto part-s company,including:shorten inventory turnover time;completing the information sharing platform;Improve demands management.The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect,the conclusive summary for this research,and makes prospect for further research.
