Evaluation And Selection Of Parts Suppliers For BS Appliance Enterprises

The competition of home appliance industry in China is very fierce.As a typical assembly enterprise,the advantages and disadvantages of parts suppliers directly affect the operating efficiency and long-term development of enterprises.In view of the current household appliance enterprises in the supplier evaluation and selection of key problems generally,with enterprise actual case studies,the electrical appliances enterprise supplier evaluation index system and evaluation method were studied.First of all,through field investigation,literature research,collecting and organizing the related references,the present status of research on supplier evaluation and selection at home and abroad are analyzed,and expounds the necessity of research on the supplier evaluation and selection of home appliance industry.Based on the analysis of the evaluation method model,a TOPSIS method based on grey relational degree was selected to evaluate and analyze the supplier of home appliance enterprises,and the calculation model was given.Secondly,the whole practice activity process of supplier evaluation and selection of BS home appliance enterprises was investigated in the field,and the main problems of supplier evaluation index system and evaluation method were analyzed.On the basis of collecting and collecting evaluation indexes,the questionnaire is designed and distributed,and the supplier evaluation index which meets the needs of BS appliance enterprises is selected and the evaluation index system is established.Finally,fit in with the BS company actual situation are built based on the evaluation index system,using TOPSIS method based on grey correlation degree to evaluate the suppliers,and give the priority to choose suppliers,provide reference for enterprises in the end when selecting suppliers.The supplier evaluation and selection method adopted in this paper can be used for reference in the evaluation and selection of other appliance enterprises.
