In the face of complex and changeable market environment and the intensified industrial competition,Chinese enterprises have gradually realized that the core competitiveness no longer solely relies on capital accumulation and technological strength,but depends on the overall strength of human resources and corporate labor efficiency more importantly.Therefore,many enterprises have begun to focus on the introduction of advanced management tools and means for human resource management.All the enterprises pay close attention to how to measure the current situation of human resources,enhance company in human resources management,and enable talents to effectively drive the long-term and efficient development of the enterprises in an effective means.Since the post competency model of administrative staff was introduced to China at the end of the last century,it has been valued and applied by more and more enterprises due to the fact that it can effectively measure the current situation of corporate human resources,and provide important and reliable reference for the enterprises in human resource management.The paper first studies the theoretical and practical achievement of the post competency of management personnel,combines the actual situation of ZFTD Company,and constructs the post competency model of management personnel through the methods such as literature research,deductive reasoning,interviews,and360 appraisal,then diagnoses post competency of management personnel for ZFTD in the current situation of human resources based on competency model,determines the gap between the existing staff and the requirements of post competency through interviews,questionnaire,and scoring and others and displays them through various ways,finds out the gap between the gap of the existing staff of ZFTD Company in post competency,and provides support for the enterprises to in human resources.On the one hand,the paper provides help for ZFTD Company in human resources,provides effective reference for it in the further recruitment,selection,configuration,training and development,and assessment and management and others,and then assists it in improving human resource management.It constructs the competitiveness with human resources as the core for the company and realizes thecommon development of the company and its management personnel.On the other hand,the existing state-owned or private companies in China play a very important role in Chinese economic development.However,restricted by scale and developmental stage and others,most of them lack ability in management,especially in human resources.The paper is expected to provide reference for the companies in human resource management and enable them to grow in a faster and longer way.
