The Analysis Of Simulation On Chinese Telecommunication Enterprises' Behavior Based On Core Competence

This paper aims to dynamically and continuously study the effect of core-competitiveness-mimicking behaviors and their features of China's three major telecommunications companies—China Mobile Communication Group Corporation (CMCC), China United Telecommunications Group Corporation (CU) and China Network Communications Group Corporation (CNC) under certain rules This paper tries to take telecommunication industries as three self-adaptive agents and also take them all and the circumstance made up by themselves as a adapative system. With a comparative study on the AHP and entropy weight method, this paper set the entropy weight method which evaluates core competence as the most critical behavior attribute of each telecommunication industry agent, at the same time, around the attributes this paper also designs a number relevant attributes and rules of behaviors. Then, put the three telecommunication industry agents into Swarm to carry out simulation. Finally,with the analysis of the two-dimensional curves which are used to described the core competence of three telecommunication industry agents, this paper gets the results and characteristics of behavior implementation based on their core competence.The main research methods of this paper are entropy weight method and simulation analysis method.This research can be totally divided into five steps; the first step is to finish building the evaluation index system of telecommunication industries'core competence, the second step is to finish the simulation modeling work, the third step is to finish debugging and running the simulation program, the forth step is to get the analysis of simulation outcome and the last step is to finish finding out the related solution measures and schemes.First of all, after the implementation of the designing behaviors, the telecommunications industries agents'core competences have changed; however, the ultimate effect of such behaviors is limited, which is also characterized by volatile and unstable.Secondly, the telecommunication industry agents'behaviors in some local indicators do not necessarily bring about the upgrade of the core competitiveness at overall level.Again, as the range of competition among the telecommunications industries agents is different, behaviors of the telecommunications industry agents which is implicated to improve their core competence perform diffidently and the features of them are also different.Finally, the telecommunication industry agents simply taking use of one certain type of behaviors to imitate and enhance core competitiveness is not enough, and it is also not feasible.
