| Software industry is the core of a knowledge-based economy, is the soul of the information society, is the commanding height of the high-tech field, is the world's fastest growing industry. So, countries around the world would develop software industry as a strategic industry. After years of development, China's software industry has a considerable progress, but compared with the world's advanced countries, the gap is obvious. Software enterprise is the mainstay of software industry and the key of accelerating the development of the software industry is to rapidly enhance our software enterprises competitive in the market place. So, if we want to develop China's software industry, and enhance the country's competitiveness in software enterprises, it will be very important to study on the competitiveness of the software enterprisesBut most of the literature on China's domestic software industry development strategy and macroeconomic policy guidance is mainly from the major industrial level or from the perspective of the government or institutions, which qualitative analyzing China's software industry and the impact of various factors and lacking the support of systematic and quantitative analysis. This paper designed a suitable software enterprises competitive evaluation system, which basing on the value chain to systematically expose the elements of competitiveness,from the angle of enterprises for providing quantitative support for the competitiveness analysis of software enterprises. The system based on the competitiveness of enterprises and the theory of grey system theory can make you judge advantages and disadvantages clearly, correctly assess the gap between business and competitors and work out the correct strategy and the deployment of competition. Finally, the paper gave an analysis about a Chinese well-known software enterprises competitiveness, and make recommendations.The results achieved in the course of the study as follows:(1) Outlined a software enterprises in the value chain combining the characteristics of the software industry and the Chinese software enterprises in the status.Currently, there are some empirical study on the evaluation of the software enterprises competitiveness, but few is from the perspective of the value chain.This paper attempts to analyze software enterprises competitiveness from the perspective of the value chain theory in order to enrich the current domestic theoretical research of the software enterprises competitiveness.(2) Proposed the Evaluation Model of China's software enterprises competitiveness. In China, most evaluating systems of the competitiveness which built for manufacturing enterprises are unfit for software enterprises. According the characteristics of software products and the software industry, the paper construct a evaluation system which be more suitable for software enterprises competitive, and can make managers better understand their internal resources and value system(3) Innovated research methods. At present, principal component analysis, and fuzzy math analysis were widespread use in the evaluation of competitiveness, but this paper was attempt to combine the AHP and Grey Correlation Analysis into the evaluation. |
