| In recent years, software industry is developping rapidly, and its impact is gradually infiltrated the production and daily life, work, study every corner.The software industry has played an important role of industrial fields in the countries set foot much earlier. Our software industry started later and is small-scale,which existed lots of problems. As leaders in the software industry, although few in number , listed companies took a large market share.According to to figures,average revenue of software listed companies in 2009 was 1.28 billion yuan, ahead of the industry average.The management of listed company has related to the whole industry's prospects. Therefore, based on software listed companies in China,this paper established a competitiveness evaluation system by qualitative and quantitative analysis method, researching current situation of their competitive power and effect factors.Firstly,on the basis of Potter theory,the paper analyzed the competitive environment of software industry in China,considering that the internal environmental which software companies faced was grim, while the external environment was good.,and made a descriptive analysis of 21 software listed companies from the enterprise scale, the financial position,and performance.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper summarized the characteristics of Chinese software enterprise, and discussed the main effect factors on software enterprises'competitiveness.They are the business scale, efficiency, enterprise growth, enterprise resources, business operation, business and enterprise scientific research ability.Thirdly,this paper established an index system of evaluating the competitive ability of software listed companise in China. The right of each parameter is calculated with AHP model and a competitive power evaluation model is constructed. By using this model, the paper made competitiveness ordering of 21 companies and the competitive power of each index is evaluated. The result found that China's software listed companies had a competitiveness gap.The biggest difference is the growth index, the second is efficiency index and large-scale index. The overall level of hidden competitive was high and there was not obvious differences.It showed that our software listed company showed certain competitive differences, but the whole subsequent development ability was strong and the gap was gradually narrowing.Finally, the paper summarized the contribution to theory and practice and put forward corresponding suggestions for software listed companise in China to improve their competitiveness. |
