Research On The Construction And Evaluation Of The County Agricultural Information Service System

Currently, information technology has become the most advanced and active productivity. The realization of information agricultural is an important symbol at the modern agriculture. In developed countries, agricultural information had accelerated the process of agricultural modernization and promoted the agriculture with high speed development. How to improve the information service mechanism, promote agricultural information service level and shorten information service lags as well as improve the agricultural efficiency and increase farmers' income are an important tasks that we must eagerly study and meditate in our agricultural and rural works.China has basically achieved the national, provincial, city and county agricultural site four-line operations through adoption of agricultural information network project, which promoted the national agricultural information process, strengthened the national agricultural information service system, as well as expanded the agricultural information service areas and service teams. Though some agricultural information service sectors in our county, such as the county agricultural extension of information service network, provide farmers with timely information services to help farmers enhance the ability to control the information and so on, there are still many problems. This paper mainly used systems analysis and DEA evaluation methods to the government-led county agricultural information service system. Firstly, a contrast of Japan, the United States and other developed countries in agricultural information services to analysis the current China's agricultural information services. On this basis, the county agricultural information service system, as well as the main bodies and their functions of the county agricultural information are analyzed. Then the general framework, the mode of operation, management innovation and network operations support of the county agricultural information service system is introduced. Finally, a model of the evaluation system is developed in light of the actual cases of empirical analysis.
