At present, the industrialization of agriculture has begun to take shape in some areas. The productivity of farmers has been released greatly and agricultural output increases substantially. However, for a long time, the way of agricultural products circulation is behind and efficiency is lower. Especially the extensive level of agricultural products logistics constraints and slower the development of agricultural economic seriously. Therefore, to achieve the goal of building a new socialist countryside is inseparable from developing high-efficiency agriculture Logistics System. Resolving the problem of postpartum transportation is the most critical component in agricultural products logistics activities. Minimizing the cost of logistics can ensure that agricultural companies maximize the economic benefits and farmers gain actual receipts as well. There are lots of researches on the optimization of logistics cost. But most of them are confined to the industrial areas while least in agricultural areas. Because of physical properties of fresh agricultural products, the loss in the circulation of them is serious. Consequently, considering the value loss in agricultural products transportation, researching on building mathematical model of fresh agricultural products vehicle scheduling problem to minimize the cost has great theoretical and practical significance.Based on the analysis of logistics and distribution characteristics of fresh agricultural products, the logistics model is proposed in this paper. The model is applicable to carry out activities of the transportation through the information platform of agricultural products logistics. Considering the perishable property of fresh agricultural products, more practical mathematical model including transport costs as well as lost costs is proposed. And then the model is resolved by genetic algorithm that is implemented by C# language. At last, example analysis and key parameters validation is carried out so as to validate rationality and feasibility of the model built in the paper. In this paper, the conclusion of the study could be referenced by logistics service provider of fresh agricultural products to schedule vehicles in the pursuit of minimizing total logistics costs.
