Hebei is a large agricultural province,agriculture has a important role in Hebei's economy.Optimizing the logistics network and promote fresh agricultural logistics efficiency has an important meaning in agricultural development and protect the interest of agricultural producers and consumers.Agriculture and logistics industry are related to people's livelihood,they have leading roles in the regional economy,The planning of logistics network should not only focus on economic indicators,but also consider on the long-term impact of regional development.Sustainable logistics network optimization scale the impact of network from economic,environmental and social three dimensions.Using this method can improve the efficiency of logistics while reducing the environment pollution and promoting social development,and achieve long-term,sustainable operation of logistics network.This essay analysis the production and marketing situation,the logistics model and the logistics network situation of fresh agricultural in Hebei,and summed up the current problems.Then analyzed structure and component of fresh agricultural logistics network based on the main ingredient of different logistics model,and determined the network optimization contents and steps.Then designed the logistics network node evaluation scheme based on node's function,using qualitative analysis and dimensional analysis which combining the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis evaluated the logistics network nodes in Hebei,cleared the alternative nodes.After that,the essay established the sustainable fresh agricultural products logistics network optimization model consider economy,environment and social development,a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.For the next step,the essay conduct a case study based on Hebei,analysis the differences of optimization schemes focus on economic benefit,environmental benefit and social effects,an recommendation scheme is given.In the end,the essay compared the solution of single objective optimization problem that only consider economic and the solution of sustainable network optimization problem,validated the optimization effect of sustainable logistics network scheme.
