MG namely Management Game, the game from the United States Carnegie. Mellon University initiated,simulates the world watch industry operating environment, a multi-national team of MBA students participation. The entire software environment contains three different Universe, each Universe includes 5-6 worlds.There are five companies to participate in the competition each world.Each team will be participating in a simulated operation of transnational corporations, respectively, with two different production plants, which product two series production sold to the United Kingdom, Germany, China, Japan, the United States and Mexico six markets.2007 MG projects a total of 80 teams, Northeastern University sent a group to participate in the three MG, which are located in Univese2 in W06F3, W07F3, W08F3.Our team (WELLHOPE INTERNATIONAL) in W06F3, I worked as the company's CMO, in charge of the low-grade watch-PLANET'S marketing strategic management. We compete with the four teams from the Company1 in Santiago, Chile, Company2 from the United States of Delaware, Middletown, Company4 and Company5 from the United States Pennsylvania Pittsburgh.Based on three years of operation simulation courses focus on the PLANET brand marketing strategy development and implementation, the main contents of papers include:Chapter 1,introduction of MG researching background, and a WELLHOPE INTERNAITONAL profile, as well as the main framework for this paper, and research methods;Chapter 2, marketing, strategic management theory outlinedChapter 3, PLANET 2007-2009 brand marketing environment analysis;Chapter 4, PLANET 2007-2009 marketing strategy formulation;Chapter 5, PLANET 2007-2009 marketing strategy implementation;Chapter 6, in view of the business, re-analyzing business environment for the enterprises to make adjustments, develop year 2010-2012 PLANET marketing strategic planning;Chapter 7, in view of MG environment for the marketing operation,draw conclusion and put forward own experience of the operation of the MG and recommendations.
