Marketing is the enterprise to meet the needs of consumers or users to provide goods or services,the overall marketing activities.Marketing strategy as an important strategy,its main purpose is to improve the efficiency of enterprise marketing resources,the use of enterprise resources to maximize efficiency.Enterprise marketing management process is through the analysis of the external environment,and integrate the company has a variety of resources,develop realistic marketing strategy planning,and in accordance with the problems identified during the implementation of the analysis and summary,and analysis and summary based on the correction And rectification process.This paper focuses on the formulation and implementation of a virtual corporation's watch product marketing strategy system in the environment and the virtual corporation is under environment of the Management Game(MG)which is development ed by Carnegie Mellon University.The main contents of this paper include:first describes the research background,briefly introduces the MG project and its rules and characteristics,and then in the project objective and the research significance are described,then the research ideas and structure are reviewed.This paper introduces the connotation of marketing strategy management and processandt other marketing strategy management theory.The introduction of the history,organizational structure,core culture of Hexathos company and subsidiary Atlas and Athena product brand watches of the corporation,the macro environment,the industrial environment and the internal environment analysis of the Atlas brand watches products in detail,SWOT analysis.The marketing strategy of Atlas brand watches products 2014-2016,implement the 2014-2016 Atlas watch product marketing strategy and the implementation strategy of 2014-2016 years was evaluated.Based on the analysis of the strategic environment at the end of 2016 Atlas brand watches and other companies' products in the high-end watch market positioning different market conditions,to adjust the Atlas watch brand marketing strategy,the development of the Hexathos Atlas brand watches in the future three years of marketing strategy.Finally,the conclusions of this study and the lack of analysis.
