Study On Intensified Utilization Evaluation Of Land Use Of Sui Fenhe Developing Area

Intensive use of the land is a neeessary requirement to maintain a continuous,fast-Paeed, and healthy economic dedevelopment in our country as well as a neeessary requirement to construct in all aspects a well-to-do soeiety and an ecologieally-eivilized society.Aiming at a in-depth diseussion of the new line of thought in intensive land use indevelopment zones,the paper analyses and sets down an intensive use potential evafuation method whieh is suited to the development requirements of current developmeni zones,thus promoing the exploitation of the potential in land use in the zones,improving the land use management level in the zones, establishing a long-term efficient mechanism for the intensive land use in the zones,enhancing the ability of land to participate in maero-management,and providing indispensable evidence for scientific and reasonable land use management deeision-making system.Intensive utilization of land is an important measure for building conservative society, which is necessary to deal with economic development, resource utilization and environmental protection relations. Land resource is an important component of natural resources. Intensive use of land resources is the key issue to decide whether we can achieve regional sustainable development strategies. Therefore, domestic and international scholars do a lot to study the intensive use of land currently.Under the status of shortage of land resource in our country,more land,espeeially the non-agricultural eonstruetion land is demanded with fast development of development zone,which causes cultivated land redueing unceasingly and the contradietion between human and land aggravating.Therefore,raising the land potential seientifieally and reasonably is vital and urgent.There's important applieation value and the theoretical significance to limit sprawling blindly,lessen the pressure of cultivated land protecting,save the urban construction investment and strengthen land resource management in our country.So it becomes a new task in the eurrent researeh.Suifenhe development zone was a national economic and technological development zone proved by State Council in March,1992. This development zone was with certain scale and has obvious geographical advantages.But, there has some problems in landing exploitation, such as damage to ecological environment, high rate of land idle and low efficiency. So how to improve the land intensive use has become one of the key problems of Suifenhe.So this thesis discussed this problem from four aspects, using sustainable development theory and land economics and adopting Delphi method, statistical analysis and comparative analysis. Firstly was the summary of land intensive use in development zone which briefly introduced some related concepts, theoretical basis and affecting factors. And it also summarizes and analyzes related researches home and abroad at present which laid a theoretical basis for other parts. Secondly was the analysis of present situation of land intensive use. It took Suifenhe development zone as an example and investigated and analyzed some data. As well as it analyzed in detail the land use from three aspects as land use structure,space distribution and economic output efficiency.then, it summarized and analyzed the land use. Lastly, this paper analyzed the problems in Suifenhe development zone, including ecological environment, land idle, average output efficiency and investment environment.. Finally, this paper gave appropriate strategies and advice to improve the general level of land intensive use in development zone and realize sustainable development.
