In modern society, human resources management has become very important in enterprise management, and human resources has become the key factor in the development of enterprises. Enterprises implement the human resource management mainly through the incentive mechanism, and the essence of the incentive is a psychological process to inspire employee behavior.So the effective incentive mechanism is to induce motivation of employees correctly, coordinate the business goals and their own needs and encourage employees to play the initiative and creativity, which meets their own needs and achieves the business goals. Therefore, if an enterprise wants to obtain the considerable development, it must have a strong cohesion to allow employees to work actively for the enterprise, and the most important key is to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees through the effective incentive mechanism.Through the incentive is entirely possible to achieve the interpretation of human motivation is to stimulate the motivation of the staff, can also be considered is through the use of various effective ways to motivate employees to the power and potential, enables employees to work towards the task of organizing struggle, to achieve the goal of an organization. Therefore, we study how to give full play to the role of incentive mechanism at the same time, but also to pay more attention to and thinking about how to stimulate the overall, but also to meet the individual to achieve. An enterprise in the implementation of incentive mechanism, is nothing but hope through it to stimulate staffs working power source, achieve organizational tasks and goals, and realize self value of staff, enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty to the organization to continuously and for a long time for the organization's development efforts. This shows that the organization can better use and play the role of incentive mechanism, to a certain extent, the rise and fall of the enterprise has played a crucial influence, become one of its influence factors. How to use good incentive mechanism, and how to apply it to motivate core employees potential is placed in front of enterprise is a force to be reckoned with.In view of this, this thesis by corresponding research method, by collecting relevant enterprise incentive mechanism construction, incentive theory and method of the integrated use of psychology, management science and economics, in absorbing the basis of previous research results, use my experience in the work of the management of human resources, to Guangzhou grassroots RQ company employees as the research object, from the actual situation of Guangzhou RQ company starting, analysis our country state-owned gas enterprises are facing challenges, characteristics and analysis the causes, combined with Guangzhou RQ company human resource management and encouragement of the status quo, according to internal and external factors for further analysis. Mainly through interviews with incentive theory of Guangzhou RQ company core staff incentive mechanism design, the core staff excitation mechanism proposed design framework of analytic method,, and to develop Guangzhou RQ company employees incentive mechanism model and analysis problems and shortcomings existing in the company in the staff incentive mechanism, to design the incentive mechanism of the grass-roots staff in the company of guidelines and supporting measures. The corresponding countermeasures mainly reflected in established scientific and reasonable salary and welfare system, create a good corporate culture, perfect the system of staff training, planning and constructing staff career vision and so on, finally draws the conclusion. Practice has proved that the design of the incentive mechanism for Guangzhou RQ company staff is effective, to achieve the study of the default effect.
