Competition between enterprises increases with the enrichment of knowledge and growth of economies, and resulted in "Knowledge-drive Competition". Knowledge is the most-important factor, and is the only resource leading to long term success. Therefore, managing knowledge becomes an important area in all enterprises, and "Knowledge Management" derived. Recently, knowledge management becomes a leading and hot topic. Based on the recent research, there is a compromise between Knowledge Management and competition; however, there is only macroscopic analysis and theoretical knowledge rather than practical experience. On this research, in my opinion, being a systematic course for Knowledge Management, it is more important in structuring and managing knowledge from different channels and fields, and it is essential in increasing competitiveness of an enterprise. Based on the prior analyses and research, analysis will be made on the relationship between Knowledge Management, Competitiveness and Organization culture of Knowledge Intensity Business Service in Chengdu area. Research will also be made on the interference between the above three factors.The paper is divided into 7 chapters:1. Background and reason.2. Summary and Overview on Prior Research about the Knowledge Management, Organization Culture and Competitiveness.3. Make hypothesizes of the research regarding the Knowledge Management and the relationship between Organization Culture, Knowledge Management and Competitiveness.4. Illustration of research methods of this paper and define the research target. Use of prior research results for designing big survey. Analysis on big survey which designed by using of prior research results and finalizing.the survey content.5. Conduct of big survey with focus on Knowledge Intensity Business Service in Chengdu area. Research will also be made on the interference between the above three factors. Extraction of twelve different factors from factor analysis on Organization Culture, Knowledge Management and Competitiveness, Organization Culture consisted of team work, support and identification from organization, and self-identification; Knowledge Management included share of knowledge internally and externally, creation of new idea and knowledge application; Competitiveness consisted of team work and staff satisfaction, internal management, innovation and marketing skills. Then, verification and build up of model on presumption made in part two, and conclusion and further analysis of relationship between the four factors model:Effect of Organization Culture on Knowledge Management, Effect of Knowledge Management on Competitiveness, linkage of Knowledge Management between Organization Culture and Competitiveness. Direct and indirect effect on innovation of enterprise from knowledge innovation process, which is the core part of knowledge application in an organization. Conclusion of intention in Knowledge Management in more competitive enterprises.6. Discussion of the four factors model in part six and conclusion of research.7. Suggestion to Knowledge Intensity Business Services on Knowledge Management.
