We are 1iving in an era full of crisis,and our enterprises live in a dangerous marketing environment, too. Marketing crisis, one kind of crisis enterprises face today, put economic benefits and image of enterprises at a disadvantage. However, the emergency management is always disappointed in these situations. It is because that we are lack of understanding of the internal mechanism of marketing crisis, lack of a comprehensive system of marketing crisis management and some scientific methods to marketing crisis management. Therefore, it's urgent to strengthen the marketing crisis management, and to build a scientific and security crisis management system for enterprises.Research on the crisis marketing management system in this paper consists of three parts as follows: marketing crisis (MC), marketing crisis management (MCM) and psychology stress of emergency management. First of all, we briefly introduced the relevant theories of marketing crisis and marketing crisis management; defined what marketing crisis and marketing crisis management were.Second, papers focused on the causes of the marketing crisis and internal mechanism of marketing crisis. Then, corresponding marketing crisis management system was given on the basis of the marketing crisis mechanism.Finally, the mechanism of psychology stress when dealing with incidents was proposed in this paper, stimulated by the mechanism system of emergency management. The four periods of cognitive evaluation, stress response, stress evolution and stress recovery of psychology of incidents were discussed in detail. Positive strategies which can improve the psychology condition were given as conclusion.
