With the motorcycle industry development and market competition intensified, the motorcycle manufacturers do their best to reduce costs and achieve greater profits. Improving the production logistics system is a useful method, which can be increase profits and reduce production costs efficiently. Production logistics nodes, the material distribution rules in the enterprise production preparation and production of debugging optimized to run directly affect the success or failure of production, and also affect enterprise productivity and production efficiency.Based on this, this paper describes the meaning, characteristics and classification of production logistics, analysis'productivity rules and typical production conditions of the manufacturing production logistics system, and supports theoretically a systematic analysis and design of production logistics system.According to one motorcycle assembly lines production logistics and distribution design's result, the refinement work rule ,establishes the simulation model under quantitative analysis's premise,this article studies uses the Petri net establishment production physical distribution model,identify bottlenecks factors in the design of production logistics and specify the direction of further optimize design.Finally,this paper carries on the simulation with the Witness simulation platform to the production line physical distribution allocation. Through the simulation physical distribution allocation process, and discovers in the production physical distribution design the bottleneck factor,has indicated the direction for the optimization design. It is the first time to apply greedy algorithm in motorcycle production material logistics and distribution and optimize the distribution rules of existing assembly plant. On this basis, by several simulations validating, we can find that when protection of the assembly line can work normally, optimized method makes workload distribution balanced relatively. This method makes the production smoothly and cost of production logistics is lowest.The results of this paper will grid the operation of the production logistics. When production factors change, the established model can re-simulation run by amending the relevant parameter, find constraint factors which affect production logistics and guide how to formulate new production logistics solutions while factors of production changes.
