With social-economic formation changed to experience economy after Agriculture economy, industry economy and service economy, most commercial activities emphasized on bringing consumer more and more unique experience. Thus, experience design was born. In the concept of experience design, some attributes such as the entertainment, playability, interactivity and humanity from humor languages played an important role.In humor-centered product experience design, the key elements are analyzing and classifying the humor information in products, generating new methods for product design according to the information and applying the methods into the following product design and development. This article analyzed the feature and the experience process of product experience design, combining relative contents of humor and abundant typical case of product design, and summarized some humor languages and design principles. At last, these results were applied to practice.Through the research and conclusions on the humor and experience design, the article tried to provide new methods and wide vision for product design, and satisfied current and future people's material and emotional needs from the angle of humanistic solicitude.
