Project Schedule Management Application In The Mail System Construction For Jahwa

Project management is a relatively newly developed field of management theory. This method is to control, coordinate a project, so as to accomplish the initial goal. Schedule management is one of the core theories of project management. The most important responsibility is to make a fairly good schedule, which consists of time, resource and cash flow, in order to meet all the requirement of the project. All the resources and actions should be controlled and scheduled that can up to cost saving, high efficiency, better quality and etc.The paper analyzes the schedule management in the progress of E-mail system for JAHWA. Analyzes the traditional project schedule management disadvantages systematically, Base on this foundation,the paper introduces the Theory of Constraints(TOC) and suggests applying Critical Chain of Five Steps of Theory for the case of E-mail system project schedule management for JAHWA, which optimized the project schedule, compensated shortcomings of traditional schedule management and improved the efficiency and stability of project schedule planning. With the case developing, the model was proved more practical. This paper offers certain reference for improvement the IT Projects of JAHWA.
