At present the research of WAPI project management is also quite deficient, this article mainly digest and absorb the new method and the new theory of schedule management, analysis and research of the traditional WAPI project schedule management method, seeks for the combining site, performs the new method and new theory in the practical work to utilize, achieves to optimize and improve the schedule management method, also increase efficiency.In tradition, WAPI project schedule management exists actual problem such as going all out to keep the allowance when makes the planning, not to be able to complete implementation until last moment, the progress schedule to be incompatible, the control not prompt. This article utilizes Dr. Goldrantt's theory of constraints (TOC) and the critical chain theory to optimize and improve the traditional WAPI project schedule management method:Move all "the security time" of work together to establishes "the security time sharing pool" for all work sharing, and propose "the security time sharing pool" the size estimate method; Analysis an research the factors of progress's restriction, change the key work limit by resources parallel to serial; Reanalyzes the nature of work and logical relation between each work, through adjust arrangement of work to achieves the goal of optimized project progress.There are many methods to estimate the size of "the security time shared pool", this article unifies one of predecessor's researchs and recommends, and it also needs more actual data to verify whether this method was most scientific. Simultaneously, Beta factor is simply for the testimating of "the security time shared pool", while obtainning Beta factor's value also needs to analysis the massive actual data.To answer the increased risk that the implemention can't be completed according to the progress schedule which caused by "the security time" is compressed, we must strengthen the control of the project schedule. The WAPI project schedule control is based on critical chain project management. The core is the management and controlling of buffer. Moreover, this article also proposes the concept of precontrol. The concept of precontrol helps to improve the validity of control, and helps to improve the ability to master the control procedure. |
