The Path Planning For The Rural Cadres Building

Construction of the village cadres to resolve China's "three rural" issue of great importance, but the rural governance, rural community development, modern agriculture to promote village-level services such as village leaders need to implement as a leader. However, the village cadres cannot be included within the national cadres system of ranks due to the double features that they are contained. This particular group needs to study and solve a range of issues.Based on the Ningbo Zhenhai village cadre of research and concluded, to tease out the four with the general difficulty: midway adjustment, selection and training, encouraging the development of job training.
