The Path Selection Of Narrowing The Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Areas In China

At present, the residents’ income gap is mainly divided into four aspects:The income difference between urban and rural areas, Influence of Regional Income Disparity, income-gap between the richer and the pauper, Income Difference between Industries. The influence of income gap between urban and rural areas is the largest, because of policy constraints, it has become a problem in sustainable and healthy development of national economy. Third Plenary Session of eighteen, the government should promote urban elements equal exchange and balanced allocation of public resources, this is not only the gospel of farmers, is to get rid of a pioneering work of the two structure in urban and rural areas. As the vast majority of the population of farmers, they want to enjoy the same public services and public products, which is the most simple wishes of the farmers, but also the inevitable requirement for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This paper mainly explores the income gap between urban and rural residents in China since the reform and opening up, first use a large number of data, the history and the status quo as a dynamic analysis, mainly divided into two aspects:dominant and recessive, reasonable and unreasonable two parts; secondly, study the negative impact on the national economic development, the importance of narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas, and the mechanism of China’s urban and rural residents income gap;Finally, through the analysis, we hope to find a way to further narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas, and get rid of the specific methods of urban and rural structure.
