Research On NLC Company For Project Strategy Of Nissan Auto Logistics

This thesis analyzed the project strategy of NLC DF-NISSAN Auto Logistics by the strategy selection, strategy implementation and process control which would be a good case study for other oversea logistics companies when they enter into Chinese logistics market.In the strategy selection part, this thesis analyzed the project problems and defined the key effective elements on the basis of outside and inside project environment analysis. As the result of strategy comparative analysis, the Joint Venture Strategy was adopted as this project implementation strategy.In the strategy implementation part, according to the JV Strategy, this thesis evaluated the domestic logistics companies in project requirements & complementary condition and selected Shanghai ANJI as the JV partner. In the process control part, the thesis analyzed and offered the proposals for two key problems of Risk Control and Customer Relationship Management.
