Perfecting The System Of Agricultural Protection Policy

Starting from the major questions faced in agriculture within China, this thesis firstly researches the existing problem within Chinese agricultural protection policy system, which is mainly illustrated in the incomplete agricultural protection policy, imperfect executing organization for agricultural protection policy and unimproved implementation of the management system for agricultural protection policy. Secondly, it has explained the composition, operation and characteristics for Canada agricultural protection policy system. With the contrast and comparison between the similarity and difference of the systems both in China and Canada, it analyzes the feasibility to learn and refer to Canada agricultural protection policy system for China. With reference to the major existing problems within Chinese agricultural protection policy system, it has put forward specific suggestions on the improvement of Chinese agricultural protection policy system, which mainly includes the improvement of Chinese agricultural protection policy, establishment and perfection of the execution institution for Chinese agricultural protection policy, and the implementation of the management system for Chinese agricultural protection policy.
