However, after the implementation of integrated management system, it is significantly improved in many aspects, such as production & service quality, management level, environmental protection, energy utilization, safe production, protection of employees' physical and mental health, which proves that system operation plays an active role in promoting its development. At present, Shajiao C Power Station won the certificate of three-standard integration, including NOSA Integrated 5-Star Certificate for two consecutive years. It is likely to continue to remain the 5-star level this year, so as to obtain the highest NOSCAR certificate. The implementation of integrated management system can not only enhance the overall enterprise quality, boost the compliance of the enterprise management with international standards, intensify the market competitiveness of enterprise, and set up excellent enterprise culture, but also improve employee's health and safe production condition, and strengthen the enterprise cohesion, realizing the transition and change from traditional state-owned enterprise to modernized management enterprise. |
