The Formation Mechanism Of Inter-city Industrial Chain And The Policy Design On Development Of Industry Of Urban Agglomeration

Along with moving forward of reform and opening up,especially the establishment of system of socialist market economy,the economy in our country is developing very rapidly.Meanwhile our industrialization and urbanization advance quickly.In this process ,the strategy of Urban Agglomeration dominate among various measures to develop our country and regional economy. Urban Agglomeration is playing a role of growth pole driving development of regional economy.The economic competition of regions is the competition between one Urban Agglomeration and another.Economic power of an Urban Agglomeration depend largely on its industrial development.By inter-city industrial chain to integrate efficiently various industry among cities of an Urban Agglomeration is an important approach to its industrial development.How to coordinate the various industries among cities of an Urban Agglomeration,to distribute reasonably resources and to make the Urban Agglomeration in working order are theoretical and practical issues for us to solve. In this paper,we have studied these issues,the detail are as follows.First,to base on the activity of mankind,to focus on labor division and transaction in market economy,to apply the dialectical law of cluster economy and diseconomy caused by assembling and diffusing production factors,we point out that cities are result from collecting of productive capability , industrialization and urbanization are unitive.Second,we have researched the change of industrial chain in complicated practical economy and the formation mechanism of inter-city industrial chain.Third,we have studied the definition of Urban Agglomeration and its industry and the intrinsic logical relation between them.Forth,we have studied policy design on development of industry of Urban Agglomeration.This paper is made of five chapters that are introdution,the relation between industrial development of an Urban Agglomeration and formation of inter-city industrial chain,the formation mechanism of inter-city industrial chain, the policy design on development of industry of Urban Agglomeration basing on inter-city industrial chain,conclusion.
