Research On Coordination Between Inter-city Rail Transit And Land Use Based On GIS

Coordinated development of Inter-city rail transit and land use is a polymeric development which emphasize holistic, integrated and immanence, it is not a single system or elements growth, but integrated development of multiple systems or elements under the coordination. With the rapid development of urban agglomeration, the current inter-city rail transit in China has entered the peak period of construction, but research on the harmonious development of inter-city urban rail transit and sustainable land use remains relatively stagnant, causing the two divorcing from each other in the planning, construction and management. So research on the harmonious development of inter-city rail transit and sustainable land use has urgency and necessity for the healthy development of urban agglomeration.This thesis has studied several aspects as follows:Firstly, this thesis maked a systematic summary for theories and methods of Inter-city rail transit along the land involved in the development and utilization.Secondly,the interaction between Inter-city rail transit construction and sustainable land use was studied, and this thesis proposed content measures of coordination between the two.Thirdly, the factors affecting of Inter-city rail transit and sustainable land use harmonious development was studied, a system of indicators which fully reflects all aspects of the level of coordination of Inter-city rail transit and sustainable land use was established, and the coordination evaluation model based on Data Envelopment Analysis was constructed. And use this model evaluate the level of coordination of chang-zhu-tan Inter-city rail transit and landuse.Fourthly, by using VB2005 and ARCENGINE9.2,an evaluation system of coordination between Inter-city rail transit and land use bace on Geographic Information System was established initially. The main function modules include GIS basic operation module, index selection module,and comprehensive evaluation module.Finally, the extent of coordination between zhang-zhu-tan inter city transit and landuse was analysised, the principles, measures and countermeasures on the comprehensive development of the land along the inter-city rail transit in Chang-zhu-tan urban agglomeration were put forward; and the ecological environment and land resources protection measures of Chang-zhu-tan urban agglomeration were put forward.
