The Research Of Identifying Key Elements Of Regional Innovation Environment Based On Social Network Analysis (SNA)

Innovation is the inexhaustible power in the development and progress of human society, and with the development of knowledge economy and the deepening globalization, the world economy has gradually appeared the feature of regional, innovation is increasingly becoming the measure of a regional economic development and competitive. The well innovative capability of region not only from all main innovation in the internal active status, but also from the area with the perfect environment for innovation. Which includes the hard environment of infrastructure, technology, and the soft environment of mechanisms to generate incentives for the environment, market environment and so on.On the base of analyzing the status of the regional innovation environment and basic theoretical research, stating with the elements'attributes of the sociability, dynamic and network. The regional innovation environment is proceed as a network, the paper is trying to explain the perspective of the internal network of regional innovation environment regional difference, and introducing the social network analysis (SNA) to elaborated the mean of regional innovation environment on the point of the perspective of Social Network Theory (SNT). And identify key environmental factors within the region's social network content, presented the key elements of regional innovation environment recognition is a social process, social network analysis is to identify key elements within the environment of a new method.Specific recognition process, the paper factor analysis, relationship analysis, and matrix analysis described three aspects of the regional innovation environment based on SNA key elements of recognition models based on Colseness, referred several Betweenness and Concentration. Three measurement indicators, using two social network analysis software of Ucinet and Pajek to determine the nodes (elements) of the relationship, control, and central to the regional innovation environment to identify key elements within the network. Closeness and Betweenness index nodes (elements) of the study results show a high degree of consistency is important in the node / Sort on some minor differences, while Concentration indicators identified under the key elements and different from the first two indicators . On the whole, levels of entrepreneurship, skills, innovation and talent, market demand, R & D infrastructure, environment, six environmental elements into a paper-based social network analysis to identify key elements of regional innovation environment. Which shows the regional innovation environment caused by regional differences in the impact of the key elements and dynamics characteristics, the theory and analysis methods to further enrich the research of regional innovation environment for the effective building and improving regional innovation environments theory.
