Study On Regional Environment Valuation Of Self-innovation In Heilongjiang Province

Self-innovation environment is necessary macroscopy background of maintaining durative self-innovation ability and competitive advantage to region. Comprehensive analysis and appraisal of regional self-innovation environment is of great theoretical and practical senses for Heilongjiang Province to know its status quos of self-innovation environment, to make effective measure of self-innovation environment, which will keep and improve the atmosphere of self-innovation and achieve the best effect of self-innovation.Although regional environment of self-innovation in Heilongjiang Province has obtained some achievement in the past, but the aspect of building innovation environment can still not also neglect some problems in each city, and embarrass the development of self-innovation in Heilongjiang Province.Based on theories of self-innovation, innovation environment and measures of innovation environment evaluation, and analysis of regional environment effect ingredient of self-innovation, this paper constituted regional environment valuation index system of self-innovation in Heilongjiang Province. Making use of Principal Component Analysis model and Fuzzy Clustering Analysis model, this paper analyses and evaluates comprehensively regional environment of self-innovation in Heilongjiang province, and finds some problem about regional self-innovation. Finally, puts forward the suggestion of improving self-innovation environment in Heilongjiang Province.
