Knowledge transfer within project team members means a kind of process of explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge such as skills,experience,standard,specification and so on transfer from a team member to another team member which occurs during the process of the implementation of the project.Because of the difference in education background and work experience,project team members differ from each other in knowledge stock,knowledge structure and knowledge level.And knowledge differences between team members affect their knowledge transfer effectiveness.In addition,characteristics of the project,including one-off,urgency,complexity,similarity ect.,make knowledge transfer activities within the project team members more complex and difficult.The purpose of this article is to explore the affection of differences in project team members’ knowledge stock,knowledge structure and knowledge level on knowledge transfer effectiveness among team members from the angle of knowedge transfer subjects’ knowledge characteristics.This paper firstly introduces the research background and research significance,research methods and technical route.Then,related literature were summarized,including the research overview of the knowledge transfer,knowledge transfer based on the knowledge characteristics of transfer subjects,and knowledge transfer based on the characteristics of transfer subjects.Through the review,on the one hand,summarize the results of previous resrarch and found the defects,on the other hand,define relevant concepts of this study.Next,analyze knowledge transfer process between team members in the construction enterprise,including analysis of characteristics of project context,knowledge transfer process and means in project context,as the basis for below analysis of knowledge transfer between teanm members from the angle of characteristics of transfer subjects.Then,put forward research model "knowledge transfer subjects’ knowledge characteristics → knowledge transfer subjects’characteristics→knowledge transfer effect",including knowledge distance,knowledge transfer intention,knowledge accept intention and knoweldge transfer effectiveness.Next,collect data through questionnaire survey,use SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0 software to test the theoretical hypothesis model,and empirical results are discussed and suggestions for improvement of knowledge transfer effectiveness.Finally,summarize the research conclusions and point out the shortcomings of the paper and the prospect of future research.Through the research,this study concludes that:firstly,knowledge depth distance and knowledge breadth distance between the project team members have negative influence on the effectiveness of knowledge transfer.Secondly,the knowledge distance between project team members affect the transfer subjects’ characteristics.Knowledge depth distance has a negative impact on knowledge transfer intention and has a positive effect on knowledge accept intention.Knowledge breadth distance has positive effects on both knowledge transfer intention and knowledge accept intention.Thirdly,transfer subjects’ characteristics in project team affect the effectiveness of knowledge transfer,and the transfer intention and acceptance both have positive influence on knowledge transfer effectiveness.
