Technological knowledge is the key resource to gain competitive advantage, and is the main resource that is hard to imitate for an enterprise. In order to get the maximum competitive advantage generated by technological knowledge for an enterprise, it is promoted that technological knowledge should be transferred effectively in an enterprise.On the basis of the research on the theory of technological knowledge transfer in enterprise, it established knowledge transfer model, subdivided five factors, such as knowledge resource, knowledge characteristic, receiver characteristic, organization scene, transfer way,including 14 explanation variables in total and made proper and general logical assumption according to the variables above that how to effect knowledge transfer successfully and the relationship among them.It made an enterprise study through 240 effective questionnaires, used statistics software to do the validity and reliability verification in these questionnaires and made analysis with structural equation model.In this paper, the main content: This paper proposes systematic enterprise knowledge transfer theory model, in this model, all factors are divided into a knowledge source, knowledge characteristics, recipient characteristics of knowledge, transfer mechanisms, and five types of organizational context.
