From the economic globalization and international education trends, high-level team of teachers has become the core content of a university building overall strength, become a major symbol of university quality. How to build high-level university faculty to become an important issue of concern to workers.Decision support system as an emerging information technologies, can provide various decision-making for managers needed information analysis and decision, thus alleviate managers in low level of information processing and analysis of their burden, liberate their "hands and brain", improve the quality and efficiency of the decision-making work.This paper deeply analyzes management of the university teachers, combining decision support system features and functions, it is proposed to construct university teachers information management and decision support system, and through mathematical modeling, focusing on the completion of teacher Management Information Decision Support System for the construction of the teaching staff prediction research. In this study, combining the overall development strategy of higher learning institutions, in accordance with the requirements of teachers building objectives, based on the analysis of the status of teachers in university, forecasting the teachers demand for university, and building appropriate program about the development of teachers. Using markov method, regression analysis method, objective programming method, three -times exponential smoothing methods as forecasting, Established several models such as: gross prediction model of faculty, title structure prediction model, academic structure prediction model, the age structure prediction model, academic affiliation structure prediction model, and take a university A College as an example for an empirical study on faculty prediction development to achieve function of the forecast system.Through establishing the reasonable structure of the faculty, the results of prediction can directly reflect the number of the faculty development needs, guiding the practical work with a high reference value. First, the total demand forecast of teachers in schools, under the premise of enrollment for its forecast. Secondly, from the structure of classification title, educational level, age, academic affiliation to forecast, managers can better understand the structure of teacher status and future needs of teacher structure. Meanwhile, managers in accordance with the prediction of the results of faculty development, teacher change will be compared with the planning objectives year to year, adjust the teacher development program to build the progressive approximation of the planning objectives of teacher.The experts and policymakers on management experience, the organic combination of the system model of qualitative forecast method, Learn from each other, complement each other, more scientific development of teachers in management decision-making, more effective management of university teachers.In practice, the combination of the inherent characteristics of universities, has proposed a use of B / S and C / S mixed structure of faculty management information decision support system.
