Study On Decision-making Support System Of Prior Risk Management

Risk Management is the process of doing when enterprise are facing the risk and it prior use of a variety of risk management and technology management strategies to deal with. Risk management is a fairly systematic and common-sense disciplines or art. Traditional risk management predominant stress on ex post evaluation or monitoring, for the prior control or decision-making risk aspects always lack of systematic management control. And decision-making based on risk management system for enterprise decision-making process in all types of risk facing the issue of decision-making early warning signals, this is important for the safe operation of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to analysis the risk Management System of JieYang Mobile and Guangdong Mobile decision-making mechanism, to find out and create a system that adapt to the risk management of the process of decision-making of Jieyang Mobile, so that to provide the basis and reference for policy making group of the company to do decision-making, reduce the decision-making risk.On the basis of the previous study results, this paper will make an attempt to discuss the characteristics of mobile communications industry, the current situation of market competition and decision-making of Jieyang Mobile, and their specific analysis. For the inadequacy of the existing of decision-making mechanism, the author propose a research of decision-making based on risk management system, the research and management practices keep pace, with the time of the end of the study as well as decision-support system at the time of beginning to take shape. First of all, Propose the design idea of a decision support system that "to prevent than re-treatment", forward risk management, make front end for decision-making process, to emphasize the importance of risk management. Second, to form the design framework of the system, and this framework is the axis of decision support systems. It started from a clear design framework and then the implementation technology of the system. Research and system building process, will be worthy of note is the financial early-warning module, SOWT analysis module, knowledge management three aspects, the body has more detail.Based on this research of decision support system, we can resolve the missing information problem of decision-making process, in the case of adequate information, decision-making become simple and more risk controllable; and greatly enriched the Jieyang Mobile risk management system, the risk management system of Jieyang Mobile is great significance; as well as to promote knowledge management work of Jieyang mobile. Research has a great value and extension able.
