Study On Interests Conflict Of The Rural Land Transfer In China After Reform And Opening-up

China's reform and opening-up began in the countryside, but the reform beginning was the rural land. Land is the most fundamental key element of production in agriculture and conditions on which persons or things rely for existence, moreover it is the key to resolve "San Nong" problems. With the development of rural market and trans-area flow of rural labor power after the reform and opening-up, the phenomenon of land transfer become more and more wide, but the conflicts also become more and more obvious. Therefore, how to cultivate farmland market, speed up farmland transfer, promote the scale management of farmland, improve the farmland use efficiency, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmer is important issue in our country.Based on the interests as a focal point, the paper use the theory of system, the Marxist theory of property rights and interests, the conflict theory, and focuses on the relations among the different stakeholder in agriculture and conflicts between them.
