Study On The Construction Of Grain Modern Logistics System Of Jilin Province

As a kind of life necessity and important strategic material, grain is essential to ensure the national economic healthy development. China has large territory, large population, long transport distance, large capacity of grain circulation, all of which require badly a grain modern logistics systemto enhance the efficiency of grain logistics and reduce the cost of grain logistics. Therefore, scientific construction of Jilin province's modern logistics system and a clear direction of development of grain logistics are crucial to ensure grain safety and grain economy of China.As an-important grain producing place and food security strategic base, Jilin Province, with annual commercialization rate of 80%, has a great contribution to meet grain demands of some neighboring countries. However, bottlenecks of its food storage and transport have not been effectively resolved, restricting seriously the development of modern grain logistics. In a condition where demand and supply changes fundamentally, and marketization and globalization have formed, traditional food distribution patterns and dated operation modes can not meet the new requirements of grain circulation system reform and modern logistics development, greatly limiting the advantage of Jilin Province or even Northeast Area, as a main grain production place. Therefore, reforms and modern grain logistics systems are needed.This research aims to build modern grain logistics system, having a strong theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, the paper analyzes the trend of domestic and international grain logistics research, points out some shortcomings of existing studies.And grain logistics system and relevant theories and concepts are described and summarized, concluded, and the intrinsic correlation of these theories and grain modern logistics systemis given. Then based on the comparative analysis of grain logistics of domestic, intermatinal and Jilin province, the main features and problems of Jinlin's grain logistics are presented. And also based on the prediction of the quantity of grain flow, the paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of modern grain logistics system. The fourth part, the key part of this paper, introduces main ideas and assumptions of building a modern grain logistics system, defines its development goals and prospects, analyzes its key features and elements, presents its main framework, and explains its management information system. Finally, according to the new trend of grain logistics development in developed contries and the lessons of developing grain modern logistics systemof other domestic provinces, the author proposes some suggestions for building a modern grain logistics system.
