This article in view of the cigarette sort's characteristic, introduced EIQ analytic method which suitable for tobacco DC's order-picking system planning. This paper applies EIQ analysis way in process of tobacco DC's order-picking system planning.Finished work as follow:Summarize the current situation of DC, EIQ analysis method and logistic simulation,in both reality and research area. Discover the characteristic of tobacco DC:magnanimous order form, extremely few varieties, and massive customers after the detailed analysis to tobacco DC.Proposed the standard work flow of tobacco DC according to the tobacco DC's characteristic. Proposed the basic picking unit, operating method, picking strategy, picking equipment based on the characteristics of tobacco DC. Figure out the computational method about the related ability of tobacco DC.Analyze the order data from some tobacco DC by EIQ analytic method, and analyze the EQ/EN/IQ/IK/EIQ statistic charts and their corresponding design schemes, propose the order-picking system planning.Logistic system simulation software FLEXSIM has been used to build a model, and the method to simplify the units of tobacco DC has been found. This simulation theory has been proved through the simulation running and the simulation result analysis. The feasibility of this plan has been further confirmed after the investigation in the completed tobacco DC.The creative points of this paper as follow: EIQ analysis method toward tobacco DC has been proposed based on the detailed analysis of situation of DC.The problem of calculate tobacco related ability has been figure out.The standard work flow toward tobacco DC has been proposed according to tobacco DC characteristic.The equipment model simplify method has been figured out according to characteristic of tobacco DC, and the tobacco DC simulation theory has been proposed. So, the effective of tobacco DC planning has been enhanced.
