Mobile Location-Based Services as a very promising mobile e-commerce business, but also for mobile operators to provide mobile phone users the most market potential of value-added services, mobile network through the use of positioning technology and digital map platform to provide users with their own and others location queries, hotels, hotel and other location-based services queries.In recent years, foreign mobile positioning business has developed rapidly, but the practical application of China's current situation,mobile positioning the user is still relatively small-scale,mobile Location-Based Services account for mobile operators, value-added services,the proportion of total revenue is still relatively low, generally speaking Mobile Location-Based Services in China is still only at the market cultivation stage.Business development strategy on mobile positioning, how to promote China's rapid and healthy development of mobile positioning services as 3G era of mobile operators to rapidly boost the development of value-added services, thereby bringing about the development of the mobile e-commerce industry, an important part.In this paper, LBS at home and abroad in the study status and trends of development, based on the development of our country, the actual situation of LBS, summed up the experience of overseas development LBS and enlightenment, analyzed the business of our country's development LBS favorable and unfavorable factors, and the development of China's LBS prospect, analysis of the development of 3G era of China's LBS opportunities and problems.Second,the study of the status quo of China Telecom and advantages of LBS based on the analysis of China Telecom Best Tone service differentiation strategy, in the above analysis based on the LBS against China Telecom to develop a development strategy.
