With the intelligent mobile terminal equipment, the electricity supplier to the mobile terminal positions migrated, which originates from the mobile terminal in bringing the user quality, purchasing power, frequency, and new users to obtain cost advantages. In this context,drainage has become a topic of marketing more and more important field of mobile e-commerce.In previous studies, drainage only as a suggestion, not specifically the systematic review. With the advent of fast Internet plus time, flow of the dispute, the entrance of the dispute intensified. Drainage, has become a digital marketing around the link does not open. At present, the research on drainage in the academic circle is basically blank. Only a number of journal articles,basically around the electricity business strategy to expand the drainage.In this paper, combined with the practice of drainage, drainage of the domestic industry, using case analysis method and depth interview method,attempts to present mobile drainage strategy to do a panoramic.
