Moudle Of Class BSC Built In Performance Of Knowledge Teams

Ages in the knowledge-based economy, knowledge teams receive more and more attention from corporations as a special group, since it plays an important role in enhancing core competition of corporations, how to evaluate the performance of knowledge teams turn into a significant point. However, there is theory and research deficiency of knowledge teams'performance and existing results are not applicable nowadays. So it has practical and theory significance of researching evaluation of knowledge teams.Based on the reason above, under the premise of analysis literature domestic and overseas, here author do study of team, knowledge team and evaluation of performance, and make analysis of BSC (balanced score card) to find out inapplicable of BSC to knowledge teams. According to these deficiencies, a new model called Class-BSC built in this frame. It takes example by BSC and combined character of knowledge teams. It set index of cooperation, transitive, creation and benefit. In addition, interviewing method is chosen as an innovation, three knowledge teams from different representative company are interviewed. From face to face, interview from telephone and email, a lot of resources are accumulated to prove the point put in the paper.
