With the development of Knowledge Management theory and practice, Knowledge Sharing in teams has received wide attention from academics and practitioners, and it has lately been one of the most popular topics in knowledge sharing fields. A detailed discussion of factors of knowledge sharing in small teams, long-term steady situation, performance estimation and the most optimal scale of teams and so on are presented in this paper. The primary fruits and conclusions are as follows.Based on Game Analysis, this paper analyzes the decision-making motivation and the starting point of members in small teams when they face knowledge sharing, presents different choices in different situations, establishes math model which is called conflicts analysis model based on it, finally gets to the long-term stabilization of knowledge sharing in different interpersonal relationship, and it is helpful to understand how interpersonal relationship affects knowledge sharing stabilization.The primary factors of interpersonal relationship are collected, the relationship between each factor and knowledge sharing performance are discussed, corresponding hypotheses are set up and finally checked. All these provide great help to knowledge sharing.The relationship between team quality and team scale is set up based on the six factors of team quality, the optimal scale of teams is gained through demonstration that breaks the former correlated academic research.Starting with system thinking, through process decompounded, presenting the process of knowledge sharing in small teams with microcosmic views, we set up corresponding process model and mathematical model which provide supports for understanding and calculating knowledge sharing performance and is helpful to enhance knowledge sharing performance.
