Research On Northeast Region's Industral Structure And Industral Selection Based On Input-Output Table

Northeast was once a relatively good level of development of industrial and agricultural areas in China, the regional competitiveness today are lower than the Yangtze River Delta region, the Pearl River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin area. Facing the decline of brilliant northeast old industrial base, the central proposal to "revitalize the northeast," the revitalization of the northeast has significant relationship with Chinese nation, is also related to northeast regional economic growth.Industrial structure adjustment is the core issue of the Northeast revitalization, for a long time the Northeast exists irrational industrial structure, low industry association and weak competitiveness of industries, so take advantage of the resource advantages, location advantages of northeastern region, through the development of competitive industries and the leading role on other industries, the Northeast region will become the fourth economic circle and the fourth of China's economic growth, following the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin area.This paper uses quantitative research methods, based on input-output tables of three northeastern provinces in 2002, applicating RAS method to induce input-output table of northeastern region in 2007, based on input-output table in 2007, studying the industrial structure and leading industries.In theoretical research, the concept of the industrial structure, industry classification, the evolution law of industrial structure and related research literature are reviewed in this paper, the input-output analysis, the structure of input-output tables and sectoral classification are described.In quantitative research, mainly including the regional leading industry analysts and industrial development impact factors. By applying the location quotient for industry specialization analysis, reaction coefficient, influence coefficient for the spillover effects analysis of industries, Industries with specialized features and industry spillover effects should be leading industries in Northeast Region. Application of the production induction coefficient and demand-induced dependence degree indicators to analyze the output of various industries affected by which part of final demand (investment, consumption, or net outflow,thus to explore the promotion of industrial development and industrial restructuring approach in Northeast Region.Conclusions of this article propose petrochemical industry, food industry,transportation equipment and appliance manufacturing industry are leading industries in northeast region, developing communications equipment, computers and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry will help motivate other industries to upgrade. By way of strengthening the industrial linkage, the development of industrial clusters, using technology to transform traditional industries, the development of rural services and the promotion of consumption, investment, a net outflow, to explore ways to adjust the industrial structure.
