Research On The Northeast Regional Development Based On The Industrial Linkage

Currently, the economy of the Northeast is so undeveloped that it shows the particular industry structure of the Northeast is presented by the excess manufacturing of the chemical industry. Under the situation of China’s new normal, the new view on development require the new adjustment of the local industry structure. The Northeast is of great significance in the situation of the China economic strategy. Since 2003, the policy of ‘helping the Northeast to recover his old industry’, this country has never ended the kind of policy. So, based on this, it is necessary to research the relationship between the adjustment of the industry structure and the development.The analysis of industry linkage is based on the theory of input and output; it can be used in linking some industry to another by the deep relationship of the demand and the output change. Based on this, we can judge how the industry can influence the whole economy and how important the economy can change the industry. The local related industry analysis can be known to find it clearly which is about the relationship of input and output. Furthermore we can analyze the degree of the industry which located on the whole economy. Through this research, we can regard the region as the whole part, and to research this relationship through network and reveal cross-region character. The model of the 42 department output and input can be established by using these theories, including the internship of Heilongjiang province, Jilin province and Liaoning province. By using the influence coefficient and reaction coefficient, we can measure if one industry strongly influences the Northeast region or not. It can be used by reference of industry structure adjustment.Through the analysis of the relationship between the Northeast industry structure changing and the economic development, linking the research of related industry and environment of the Northeast, the industry structure can be decomposed into industry department which can reveal the character of the linkage of the region economy. We can construct the strategy, endeavor to pursue the double-win situation between the region externalities rather than the internship. The region coordinated development strategy can be done, improve the internship structure of the industry and the cross-region industry structure.
