Foreign Capital Building Electrical Firms Of South China Sales Competency Investigation Research Report

This study tests 265 employees who work in 9 foreign building electrical companies of South China branch, and uses building electrical sales competence scale for investigation sales of building electrical companies. The results showed:(1) The mean of sales competence is 81.83.The mean of sales competence above 81.83 is ABB,GE,Mitsubishi,Schneider,Siemens,and the mean of sales competence under 81.83 is LG,Hager,Moeller,Hyundai.(2)The sales from different building electrical firms have different competence. It reflects different building electrical firms have different competitive advantage.
