Research On Optimization Of Industrial Spatial Structure Of Jinan City

After reform and open, the industry space structures in China started to optimize and adjust under the direct of economic system of marketing. The process of changing modern industry to high-technology industry, it transformed from mainly of processing industry to mainly of electronic information, chemistry, biology and metal machinery industry. The building of modern industry need to fit and satisfy the equipments for produced products about microminiaturization, automation, cleaning, precision, no pollution to the environment on production space. Industry is crucial to Jinan's economy. Under the situation that all levels of Chinese cities catching the challenge in succession, revitalizing manufacturing vigorously, and seeking to take the new path of industrialization. Jinan faced the new round of opening upsurge, it needs to catch the chance of international and local industrial adjustment and transfer. Making full use of their own advantages and developing industry vigorously. At the present stage, Jinan put to good use the tactic called"powerful industrial city"vigorously, Revitalizing industry, the reasonable industrial spatial structure plays a vital role. Studying the evolution of urban industrial spatial structure, and according to the industrial spatial structure theory and domestic and international each big cities'evolution trend of industrial spatial structure, proposing Jinan's optimization scheme of industrial structure space, it is imperative.Through the analysis of Jinan's industrial spatial structure evolution and status, it's to plan Jinan's industrial spatial structure reasonably to achieve the goal of optimizing the industrial structure. Improving the speed of economic development and improving the urban environment, to the benefit of realizing sustainable development in Jinan. My thesis starts being based on the basic theories of industrial spatial structure likes: industrial location theory, Industrial Agglomeration Theory, land economics theory, Theory of new system economics and so force. From the beginning of the appearance of Jinan's industrial, using the geographic information system (GIS), graphing and analyzing the evolution of industrial spatial structure in different historical periods. These evolution mainly experience several different stage: scattered, blocky, amalgamated, zonated, industrial and so force. Next, my thesis accords to analyze the present situation of industrial spatial structure and the existing main problems, and exerting the qualitative and quantitative analysis method, discussing the effect factor about institutional change, urbanization rate, foreign investment, technical progress, transportation and so on, revealing the influence for Jinan's industrial spatial structure evolution. In the end, basic on this, proposing the optimization scheme of Jinan's industrial spatial structure in the future, and according to the scheme to propose the corresponding measures.
