Research On The Evolution And Optimization Of Urban Industrial Spatial Structure In Jinan

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,great transformation and upgrading have occurred in urban industry.Moverover,according to the national policies of new urbanization and transformation of the mode of economic development,it is necessary to speed up the reorganization and optimization of the urban industrial spatial structure.It is very important to examine the characteristics and laws of the evolution of the spatial structure of the urban industrial space.Ji'nan is the capital of Shandong Province,and the policy of "Leave cage for industry" has achieved initial results since the 1990 s.However,there are still many problems in the industrial development.Taking Ji'nan city as a case study,this thesis uses the comprehensive method of combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research,and investigates the evolution of the industrial spatial structure in Ji'nan City during 2004-2014.And it summarizes influence factors,main problems and effect of Ji'nan industrial spatial structure evolution process,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures for future industrial development.Main foundings are as follows:Firstly,the industrial structure of Ji'nan city has been continuously optimized and in line with industrial development law.In 2014,the industrial structure is 2.19:30.57:67.24,the characteristics of industrial structure has formed a distinct "3-2-1" mode,which fits in with industrial structure evolution law.The first industry practitioners are greatly reduced,and the third industry practitioners showed a rapid growth trend.Thus,the evolution of practitioners also comply with the employment structure evolution law proposed by Clark petty.Secondly,the evolution of urban land use structure and industrial spatial layout in Ji'nan have changed dramatically.Industrial structure in the second industrial land shos a rapid growth after the first slow growth,and the increase of industrial land mainly concentrates in the center of Ji'nan city fringe area;third industrial land is showing a steady growth trend.The layout of the space industry evolution shows that the second industries move from the core area of the city to the outlying areas of the city continue to spread from the original industrial center,Lixia District,and now transfer to the Zhangqiu District,forming a industrial zone surrounding the Jingshi Road.The evolution of the spatial layout of the third industry from single core transformation mode for multi core development mode,It is shown that the spatial distribution of the third industry is concentrated in the center of the city,and there are two sub centers in the Changqing area and the high-tech zone,but it is still in the initial stage.Thirdly,the evolution process of the spatial layout of the business circle in Ji'nan City area is more complex,which has experienced the development from "one core" to "multi core".Taking business district as the research object,this thesis analyzes the evolution process of Ji'nan city's business circle,the evolvement of Ji'nan city commercial circle is divided into traditional and modern commercial business.At present,the Ji'nan city business district in the layout of the space presents a multi core business district distribution,and Quancheng Road business district is the most significant core.In addition,the central business district(CBD)in the city of Ji'nan has changed,from Daguanyuan to Eastern Ji'nan metro.The new central business district is in a rapid development stage.Lastly,the evolution process of the industrial spatial structure of has positive and negative effects on the development of Ji'nan City,and there are many factors affecting the evolution of the industrial structure of the city of Ji'nan.The positive effect is mainly to promote the economic growth of Ji'nan city and to promote the development of urbanization of Ji'nan population in six aspects.The negative effect is mainly reflected in the continuous expansion of environmental pollution,the disorderly expansion of urban boundaries and the serious traffic congestion in cities.The influence factors of the evolution of industrial spatial structure in Ji'nan are mainly affected by the natural conditions,location conditions,transportation conditions,government policies and regional development strategies in Ji'nan.In addition,there are also many problems in the process of evolution of industrial spatial structure in Ji'nan,therefore it is necessary to take measures to optimize the industrial layout,such as perfecting the industry policies and regulations,the implementation of industrial cluster,strengthen industrial planning and the establishment of innovation system and other aspects of optimization.
